We're committed to operating safely and sensibly to protect the health and well-being of our guests and team. So far we have made the following small changes to the way we operate:
☑ Capacity inside is over 30% reduced to just 25 covers maximum.
☑ Chairs are positioned at least 1m away from any chair on another table.
☑ A maximum of 6 guests per table (but most of our tables are for 2 or 3 people)
☑ Face coverings worn by all front of house staff and customers unless seated at a table
☑ Chairs, tables and salt & pepper mills are wiped down with Clover Ultra AX anti-viral spray between guests.
☑ Many condiments such as maple syrup are served as individual portions for single use.
☑ Food menu is on a blackboard; drinks menu can be viewed online using a QR code.
☑ Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance.
☑ Staff health is monitored closely (temperature checks may be introduced).
☑ Staff are encouraged to wash hands thoroughly every 30 minutes.
☑ We encourage contactless payment and have removed the smart-phone payment limit.
We'll continue to review how we operate and what potential measures can be implemented to ensure we provide a safe, but welcoming environment for both our team and customers.
